Since my “channel” opened up in April 2010, I’ve had lots of strange and interesting experiences communicating and connecting with unseen beings. The gift of getting to talk with animals hasn’t been as frequent (this is changing the more I practice!) and feels somewhat different than when I talk with Universal Energy (God), angels, higher beings, people’s souls, etc.
When I talk with animals, they frequently use what I call an “interpreter,” which energetically feels like angels transmitting the thoughts in a way I can understand. It took time until I could piece this together. Eventually, I recognized the voice I hear when interacting with animals usually sounds like the same voice, no matter which animal it is. Every now and then, an animal voice takes on new characteristics, and I haven’t figured out the rhyme or reason yet. For now, I’m excited the angels work with me this way! It makes me happy to be able to spend time in communication with animals, and this method helps me facilitate an easy dialogue without being distracted by other things (which frequently occurs in my life as a healer, channel, medium, and even as a spiritual author, so I thank them for making life simpler!).
My dialogue with animals has surprised me by often including more of a “higher teaching” from them for us humans, or, more intimately, helping them with personal conflicts or misunderstandings with their families. When talking with my own dog, she likes to play more of a game with me, where she won’t tell me what she wants but plays the Alpha dog by making me guess until I get it right. “Do you want ice?” (No response.) “A carrot?” (Nothing.) “Do you need to go outside?” (Races to the door.) I’m working on this, LOL!
